Miley chose a bodycon dress that fell just above her knees and had thin straps.

She paired the ensemble with black open-toe heels that were secured around her ankles with thin straps.

Her blonde hair parted in the middle and fell just behind her shoulders. The Wrecking Ball hitmaker was all smiles as she snapped photos of one of her music icons and inspirations.

Dolly also opted for glamor and wore an eye-catching shimmery gold dress with a black checkered pattern embroidered all over the fabric.

Get a blast! Both stars were all smiles and seemed to be having fun as they took various photos to promote the upcoming New Year's Eve special.

Her blonde hair was parted to the side and slightly teased at the top for added volume. The star’s wisps also flowed down her shoulders in light waves.

The two actors cheerfully snapped the shots at a venue filled with gold and silver balloons that were placed all over the floor along with confetti.

Banners of the same colors were suspended in the background and fell towards the ground. Green palm trees were also placed behind the stars as props, likely in reference to the fact that Miley and Dolly will be ringing in 2023 in glitzy Miami.

In her social media post, The Climb singer wrote a short and simple caption, writing, “#NewYearNewCoHostdollyparton.”

“Miley’s New Year’s Eve party is all about getting glamorous and dressing your best,” Miley stated towards the camera. Dolly quickly responded humorously, “Well, we do that every day, right, Miley?”

To wrap up the reel, the country icon gushed to viewers that the show “is going to be legendary!”

The two actors were no strangers to working together, and they sang Dolly’s hit song, Jolene, on stage together, along with starring in a Super Bowl commercial earlier this year in February.

Miley recently opened up to The Hollywood Reporter about the New Year’s Eve show and what she’s been striving to achieve with the show.

“I think we kind of like what New Year’s is really all about, which is reaching out to each other and celebrating the year you’ve had, and looking forward to the year that’s coming,” El-Gamal explained.

The actress and singer further revealed to the publication that last year’s show, which garnered 6 million viewers, was mainly improvised.

The entire show ended up being an improv test because, again, we barely had any time to rehearse. Everything we planned ends up being turned upside down.

Regarding the musical guests who will be joining the upcoming program, Miley added that she hopes to bring in more classical acts as part of the show.

Miley’s New Year’s Eve concert will air on NBC on December 31, and will also be available to stream on Peacock.
